Once we schedule your first visit, intake forms are emailed to you. Please complete and return these forms ahead of time for review. Include copies of any recent lab work, imaging reports, or other evaluations you have. I also need a list of all the medications and supplements you are currently taking.
A link to the virtual consulting room is sent the day before your scheduled appointment.
The initial consultation is 60 minutes. Our first meeting lays the foundation for all the work we do together. We'll discuss your current health issues and goals in detail. We’ll review your personal and family health histories, diet and lifestyle. My aim is to understand how all these factors influence your sense of wellbeing.
I will study your case and make initial recommendations. These may include additional lab testing and dietary changes. Nutritional and herbal supplements may be prescribed, along with homeopathic remedies. Lifestyle guidance targeting better sleep, stress reduction and regular exercise is also offered.
Follow ups are 45 minutes. Your first follow-up is scheduled 2-4 weeks after the initial visit. We’ll review any new lab work, assess how the initial treatment plan is working for you, and modify as needed.
The frequency of later follow-ups depends on the severity and complexity of your case.
Making lasting changes takes time, commitment and communication. Following up at regular intervals allows us to measure your progress. We then adapt the protocol to optimize results and keep you on track to meet your health goals.
